Salon Director in Training

Salon Director in Training role offering entry-level leadership and sales training in a fast-paced salon environment. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals (daily/weekly/monthly), assisting with daily store manager admin work and training new hire sales associates, holding team members accountable to policies and sales expectations, customer education on tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean/organized salon, opening/closing duties, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding customers through tanning equipment usage.
