Salon Director in Training

Salon leadership-trajectory role in a fast-paced tanning salon. Responsibilities include meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, assisting with daily store manager admin work, training new-hire sales associates, and holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations. Provide customer consultations in a professional, upbeat manner; educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items; maintain a clean and organized salon; handle opening/closing duties and daily administrative paperwork; guide first-time customers on using tanning equipment; participate in off-site sales trainings and job trainings; contribute to a competitive, fun work environment through commissions, bonuses, and performance contests. Requires high school diploma (or equivalent), 18+ years old, ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
