Job Summary
Represent West Coast Tanning as Salon Director in Training. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, assisting with daily store manager admin work, assisting with training new hire sales associates, helping hold team members accountable to policies and sales expectations, consulting with customers in a professional upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, walking customers to rooms and teaching first-time users how to use the tanning equipment, and attending off-site sales and job trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
