Job Summary
Direct salon operations and drive sales to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals; educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items; maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment; perform opening/closing duties and daily administrative paperwork; guide customers to rooms and assist first-time users with tanning equipment; participate in off-site sales and job trainings; benefit from performance-based bonuses and commissions on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
