Job Summary
Directs salon operations and leadership duties with a focus on achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include hiring and training Salon Consultants, maintaining a positive and professional environment, consulting with customers and educating them on tanning practices and retail items, ensuring a clean and organized salon, handling opening/closing tasks and daily administrative paperwork, and guiding customers through the tanning equipment. The role also involves walking customers to rooms, assisting first-time users, and participating in off-site sales trainings; compensation includes hourly pay with quarterly increases, monthly bonuses based on store performance, and commission on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales. Training on goal setting and competitive contests are provided, along with employee discounts and wellness benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
