Job Summary
Direct salon operations and sales leadership: hire and train Salon Consultants to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals; maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment; consult with customers on tanning practices and retail items; educate customers; ensure a clean, organized salon; manage opening/closing duties and daily administrative paperwork; guide customers to rooms and demonstrate tanning equipment; participate in off-site sales and trainings; benefits include quarterly pay increases to an hourly base, monthly bonuses, commissions on products/services, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
