Job Summary
Directs salon operations and drives sales growth. Responsibilities include hiring and training Salon Consultants, maintaining a positive and professional environment, consulting with customers on tanning and retail items, educating customers on safe tanning practices, keeping the salon clean, handling opening/closing and daily administrative tasks, guiding customers to rooms, and participating in off-site sales trainings. Requires meeting sales goals, supervising staff, and using performance metrics to achieve store objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
