Job Summary
Direct and oversee salon operations with a focus on achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Hire and train Salon Consultants to drive performance, maintain a positive and professional salon environment, and consult with customers in a proactive, upbeat manner. Educate customers on safe tanning practices and available retail items, and drive product upgrades, memberships, and service packages. Ensure a clean, organized salon and manage opening/closing duties, daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking. Guide customers from first contact to service, including guiding first-time users on tanning equipment. Participate in off-site sales and job trainings. Strong emphasis on achieving goals through effective leadership, coaching, and performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
