Salon Director Full Time

Directs salon operations and leads Consultants to achieve sales goals, hiring and training staff, maintaining a positive and professional environment, consulting with customers, educating on tanning practices and retail items, and managing opening/closing, daily administrative tasks, and goal tracking. The role includes walking customers to rooms, teaching use of tanning equipment for first-time users, attending off-site sales and trainings, and driving performance through quarterly pay increases and commission on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales. Strong emphasis on achieving sales targets, customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized salon with a fun, team-driven atmosphere.
