Job Summary
Salon Director role (full-time) leading a team in a high-energy tanning salon environment. Responsibilities include meeting and driving sales goals, hiring and training Salon Consultants, maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere, conducting customer consultations, educating customers on tanning practices and retail items, keeping the salon clean and organized, handling opening/closing procedures, daily administrative paperwork, and guiding customers on equipment. Includes attending off-site trainings, walk-throughs with customers, and ongoing goal tracking; offers quarterly pay reviews, $25/hour cap, $800 monthly bonuses, and commission on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales.
