Job Summary
Salon Coordinator role overseeing operational management of Belk’s flagship Aveda Lifestyle Salon at Crabtree Valley Mall. Responsible for people development and supervision of salon staff, staff recruitment, and driving sales and profit functions while managing expenses. Requires 2-5 years supervisory experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry; proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, Access) and strong analytical and reasoning skills.
