Job Summary
Drive sales revenue in the salon and spa by booking salon professionals’ open time slots, offering services to clients on the retail floor, adding on services and rescheduling clients. Deliver a rewarding, full-service client experience. Responsibilities include assisting clients with check-in, educating on service offerings, filling openings with additional services, offering flexible time options, handling complaints, developing salon professionals, supervising scheduling to maximize productivity and meet sales goals, maintaining the Service Sales Plan, making confirmation calls, and following up with clients. Requires excellent client service, communication and organization skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, relationship-building with management and service providers, leadership qualities, availability to work days, nights and/or weekends, and computer proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years retail or service sales experience; prefer salon industry experience.
