Job Summary
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by providing professional, upbeat customer consultations on skin care, wellness, sunbed, and spray tanning options. Educate clients on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed. Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, handle cash transactions, and oversee opening and closing duties. Complete daily administrative tasks and track progress toward targets. This role requires standing, bending, and walking for up to seven hours per day, lifting 25 pounds, and maintaining flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
