Job Summary
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by providing professional, upbeat customer consultations on skin care, wellness, sunbed, and spray tanning options. Consult clients while educating them on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed. Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, handle cash transactions, and oversee opening and closing duties. Complete daily administrative tasks to track goals. This role requires standing, bending, and walking for up to 7 hours per day and lifting 25 pounds without assistance. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
