Salon Consultant

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while providing professional, upbeat customer consultations on skin care, wellness, sunbed, and spray tanning options. Educate clients on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure all company and legal guidelines are followed. Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, handle cash transactions, and oversee opening and closing duties. Complete daily administrative tasks and track progress toward targets. This role requires standing, bending, and walking for up to seven hours per day and the ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is essential. Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
