Job Summary
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while providing professional, upbeat customer consultations on skin care, wellness, sunbed, and spray tanning options. Educate clients on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure all company and legal guidelines are followed. Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, handle cash transactions, and oversee opening and closing duties. Complete daily administrative tasks to track progress. This role requires standing, bending, and walking for up to seven hours per day and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Flexible availability includes nights and weekends. Palm Beach Tan offers sunbed tanning, spray tanning, skin care, and wellness services with a supportive, team-focused atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.
