Job Summary
Customer-facing role in a Palm Beach Tan salon: drive sales through active customer engagement, consult with clients on tanning services and skincare products, educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure company and legal requirements are met. Maintain a clean, organized salon, perform cash handling and daily administrative tasks, and support achievement of sales goals in a commission-driven, flexible-part-time environment. Ideal candidates are outgoing, energetic, and motivated to excel in retail/customer-service settings, with strong communication skills and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
