Job Summary
Salon Assistant responsibilities include performing shampoo and conditioning treatments, maintaining salon laundry, cleaning duties (mopping, sweeping, dishes, bathroom, trash), and exemplifying milk + honey’s core values. The role involves working AM/PM shifts including weekends and some holidays, with hands-on training to learn hair care, coloring, and styling techniques and grow toward becoming a licensed stylist. Requires ability to lift up to 25lbs, be on your feet for extended periods, and maintain a polished, professional image while delivering high-quality guest service. Required Qualifications
- State Cosmetology License
- Weekend and night availability required
