Job Summary
Support stylists and enhance the client experience in a busy salon. Duties include assisting with daily operations, maintaining a clean and organized salon, preparing clients (refreshments and comfort), managing appointments and inquiries, restocking supplies, inventory support, promoting salon services/products, and participating in team training and meetings. Strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, reliability, punctuality, and a customer-service mindset are essential. Basic knowledge of salon products and services is advantageous and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology license is a plus
