Säljsupport - Kartongbolaget

Säljsupport is an operational hub at Kartongbolaget, connecting sales, customers and production. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team in operational work, acting as a link between customer, sales and production, maintaining ongoing dialog with customers about orders, changes, delivery status and related questions, and coordinating internally with design, prepress, purchasing and production to ensure each order has the right prerequisites before moving to production. Also responsible for order flow from registration to production-ready material, ensuring information is correct and complete (materials, colors, finishes, embossing, dies, plates and any external processes). The role is based at the Helsingborg office and reports to the sales manager.
