Job Summary
Provide in-home skilled nursing visits to patients based on physician orders on a PRN, per-visit basis. Complete assessments, administer treatments and medications, carry out ordered skilled tasks, educate patients and families on care plans, document visits per agency/payer requirements, and communicate with the care team and physicians. This role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and competitive per-visit pay (RN $90–$100 per visit; LPN $55–$65 per visit) with local caseload in Salisbury, MD. Active Maryland RN/LPN license (compact accepted) and current BLS/CPR required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; home health/community-based nursing experience preferred but not required; strong clinical documentation skills and professionalism essential. - Current BLS/CPR certification
