Job Summary
Sell vehicles to customers and meet dealership gross profit, volume, and customer-satisfaction targets. Prospect, qualify, and convert new and returning customers; deliver a consultative sales experience; close retail vehicle deals; manage follow-up and finance referrals; maintain accurate CRM records and comply with dealership processes. Requires weekend availability, strong communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for automobiles, valid driver's license, and ability to pass pre-employment testing. OTE is $100,000–$250,000+ per year. High school diploma or equivalent required; authorized to work in the USA.
Required Qualifications
