Job Summary

Meet with potential new clients via video, telephone, and in person to educate them on their options and help them find clarity, while strictly avoiding legal advice. Conduct meetings and follow-ups per office procedures to bring qualified cases into the firm, then facilitate professional introductions to the legal team. Engage in marketing and outreach, including weekly BNI meetings and bi-weekly sessions with referral sources, and assist the Firm Owner with speaking engagements. Maintain detailed records of all client contacts in a central database and send pre-conditioning materials to ensure clients are prepared for their case start.
