Job Summary
Deliver automotive parts to pro customers, pick and stage parts, and upsell/cross-sell to increase transaction value. Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while delivering and promoting current sales and loyalty programs. Assist with inventory and store maintenance, stocking, and cycle counts; maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to aid sales; engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services. Operate with a delivery board system, prioritize safety, and adhere to مالی procedures. Required to read safety rules, product catalogs, and manuals; communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus); capable of basic math and working varied shifts including evenings and weekends. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English, with Spanish a plus
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques
