Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls while achieving personal and store sales goals. Deliver parts to customers, pick and stage orders, and handle returns and cores. Maintain store product and operational standards by managing inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock. Ensure store cleanliness and perform general stocking duties. Safely deliver parts as needed and assist with task and inventory processes. Work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Fleet safety certification
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds occasionally

- Ability to use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Speak and write English
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic automotive system knowledge
- Basic part knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes
- Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers
