Job Summary

Conduct DIY sales and service for customer visits and phone calls, including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs. Achieve personal sales goals while maintaining store product and operational standards. Manage inventory processes such as truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock. Safely deliver parts to customers, pick and stage orders, and handle returns and cores. Maintain store cleanliness and perform general stocking tasks. Requires valid driver's license, fleet safety certification, and ability to work evenings and weekends.

  • Ability to use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Speak and write English
  • 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
  • Basic automotive system knowledge
  • Basic part knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes
  • Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers

Desired Qualifications

  • Fleet safety certification

  • Automotive parts experience
