Job Summary
Conduct tire and custom wheel sales by consulting potential customers via phone, closing deals, and processing orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary customer contact by providing top-notch service and managing a steady flow of business. Maintain a clean driving history and possess the physical ability to lift 50lbs unassisted while utilizing basic computer skills. Achieve personal sales goals with competitive hourly pay, bonuses, and a 401(k)-matching plan. Work full-time at one of over 200 locations across 30 states, with the team closed on Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Physical ability to lift and organize heavy product
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able lift 50lbs unassisted
