Job Summary
Develop relationships with customers, identify vehicle preferences, and close deals while ensuring each customer has a premium buy experience. Greet customers, lead them through proven steps to convert leads into sales, and communicate sales prices to complete paperwork. Prospect to generate a stream of customers, attend sales meetings, and utilize CRM and DMS systems. Complete regular training, adhere to policies, and maintain a professional appearance with excellent communication skills. A valid driver's license and salesperson license are required.
