Job Summary
Automotive Sales Associate at Porsche of West Houston drives customer engagement and guides buyers through the vehicle selection process, from generating and managing internet leads and referrals to demonstrations, test drives, and handoff to Finance and Sales Managers. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, presenting tailored model recommendations, maintaining product knowledge across the dealership inventory, meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions, collaborating with team members to optimize sales strategies, and pursuing ongoing skills development to enhance sales techniques and knowledge. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and authorization to work in the USA. Preferred German automotive sales experience and a schedule that is FULL TIME with Sundays off and Saturday availability. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years automotive sales experience
- ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, drug test, Motor Vehicle Report check, and have a valid driver's license
