Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service during the car-buying experience by applying product knowledge, company standards, and a positive buying atmosphere. Maintain awareness of inventory and how features benefit customers; explain depreciation and equity values; establish personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity; follow safety policies; conduct follow-ups; and contribute to team efforts. Requires High School Diploma or GED, ability to qualify for a Sales license, valid driver’s license, and clean MVR. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, and basic computer proficiency are essential.
Required Qualifications
