Job Summary
Greet and assist customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles. Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance while staying up-to-date on model specifications and pricing. Guide clients through the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing, and trade-ins, then negotiate and finalize agreements transparently. Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build relationships for repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets. Requires 2-3 years of automotive sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years of previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales experience in a commission or quota-drive role
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
