Job Summary
Build customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing the best guest experience and achieving thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties, and maintenance issues. Keep up to date through training and vendor publications while adhering to Big O Tire policies. Assist other sales or service associates, help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building and perimeter areas, and assist in receiving, transferring goods, and maintaining inventory including unloading trucks and warehouse stocking. Maintain showroom merchandise and follow all safety practices. Sales of tires and service-related needs. Off every Sunday and one day during the week.
