Job Summary
Sells new or used vehicles, meets dealership sales goals, greets customers to determine needs, explains vehicle features, computes and quotes sales prices, completes sales paperwork, arranges vehicle delivery, and engages in business development. The role requires effective communication, customer service skills, and the ability to maintain an organized work area. Preferred qualifications include having a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, with prior sales experience desired.
Required Qualifications
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Intermediate ability to learn web applications for customer management
