Sell new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership while ensuring customer satisfaction. Meet dealership sales goals; greet customers and determine vehicle needs; explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicles in showroom or on demonstration drive; suggest optional equipment; compute and quote sales price including tax, trade-in, and discounts; complete paperwork and arrange delivery and registration; research model availability; engage in business development; address customer concerns; maintain CSI at or above company standards; adhere to safety rules; uphold core values of the organization; participate in required training; and consistently communicate effectively with customers and team members.
