Job Summary
Learn dealership systems and automotive inventory while ensuring a world-class experience for all customers. Maintain thorough knowledge of all vehicles in stock, stay updated on technological changes, and communicate enthusiastically about products. Bilingual Spanish is a huge plus, with inside or outside sales experience also beneficial. A customer service background and self-motivation are key, requiring availability for a retail schedule including evenings and weekends. You must have a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record and pass a drug screening and criminal background check. This role offers a base hourly compensation of $17.97 plus performance bonuses, with a salary range from $37,500 to $200,000+. Required Qualifications
- Be available for a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends
- Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
