Job Summary
Salesperson responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer-satisfaction standards. Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting vehicles (test drives), delivering vehicles and ensuring customers understand operating features, warranties, and paperwork; maintaining knowledge of inventory, features, depreciation concepts, and applicable laws; achieving personal income goals aligned with dealership standards; coordinating with service and body shop to ensure reconditioning; attending training and meetings; maintaining a prospect-development and owner-follow-up system; and upholding safety and professional appearance standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Authorized to work in USA
- Valid in-state driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license
