Job Summary
Greet and assist customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable vehicles, and conduct test drives showcasing features and performance. Stay current on model specifications and pricing to provide accurate information, then guide clients through the sales process including vehicle selection, financing, and trade-ins. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements transparently, follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction, and build relationships for repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure a seamless experience while participating in sales meetings and training to enhance product knowledge. Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets using effective sales techniques in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license
