Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role supporting DIY customers with battery installation, wiper installs, and parts lookup, plus inventory maintenance and store operations. Responsibilities include delivering excellent selling experiences for DIY customer visits and phone interactions, achieving personal and store sales goals, handling inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), general store cleanliness, and safe parts delivery. Essential skills include bilingual communication (Spanish a plus), ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs, basic math, and effectiveness in navigating inventory systems and POS/parts lookup systems. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; 2-3 years of prior sales experience in a diverse retail environment is preferred.
