Job Summary
Automotive Salesperson at Big O Tires focuses on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing sales in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include achieving knowledge of products, services, warranties and maintenance issues; keeping up to date through training; maintaining showroom merchandise; assisting other sales or service team members to exceed customer expectations; ensuring safe and clean facilities; handling tire and service-related sales; and delivering superb customer service and communication. Requires 3 years of tire and auto service sales experience, strong auto service and tire knowledge, leadership and teamwork abilities, exceptional customer service and communication skills, strong organizational skills, proficiency in preventive maintenance sales, professional appearance, problem-solving ability, and multitasking capability.
