Job Summary
Luxury Custom Stylist/Sales Associate responsible for scheduling and conducting structured sales appointments, providing wardrobe consultations and styling guidance, accurate measurements and order entry, and driving client retention to deliver a high-quality, client-centered experience. Must demonstrate a strong fashion sense, excellent customer service, ability to build long-term client relationships, and initiative to learn technical skills such as measuring and electronic order entry. The role is full-time and on-site with significant advancement potential, in-person in Philadelphia, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years in sales preferred
- High school or equivalent preferred
- Luxury retail sales experience preferred with a proven record of hitting sales targets
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills
- Ability to measure, order entry and assist with fittings
