Salesperson role (part time or full time) focused on DIY customers, offering battery installations and other services, with responsibilities spanning driving, stocking, inventory control, and delivering parts. Requires knowledge of store systems and basic automotive parts knowledge, strong customer communication, and ability to source from stores, hubs, and suppliers. Responsibilities include achieving personal and store sales goals, maintaining product/operational standards, inventory processes, and general store cleanliness. Skills emphasize English (Spanish a plus), clear communication, basic math, ability to work varied days/evenings/weekends, and familiarity with POS and parts lookup systems; 2-3 years of sales experience in retail preferred. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
