Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson for a DIY automotive parts store. Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls, achieve personal and store sales goals, and perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs. Manage inventory processes, deliver parts to customers, and maintain store product and operational standards. Requires basic automotive knowledge, ability to source from stores/hubs/suppliers, familiarity with inventory and POS/parts lookup systems, and strong communication in English (Spanish a plus). Able to work a variable schedule including weekends; physical capability to handle inventory and occasional heavy lifting; prior 2-3 years of sales experience in retail and comfort with driving/delivery; safety and basic math competency.
