Job Summary
Salesperson responsible for delivering a strong DIY customer experience, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs. Maintains inventory accuracy, supports truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock, and general store cleanliness. Works with inventory and point-of-sale systems, provides parts lookup support, and safely delivers parts to customers as needed. Requires 2-3 years of sales experience in retail, basic automotive and store systems knowledge, basic math, and the ability to work varied days, evenings, and weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong customer relationships and communication are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- English speaking; Spanish a plus
- Ability to use basic math and operate POS and inventory systems
- Experience in delivering parts and performing DIY services (battery installs, wiper installs)
