Salesperson

Salesperson responsible for delivering a strong DIY customer experience in-store and over the phone. Primary duties include achieving personal and store sales goals, providing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintaining inventory and store standards, and safely delivering parts to customers. Requires basic automotive system and parts knowledge, ability to source from stores, hubs, and external suppliers, and proficiency with inventory systems, POS, and parts lookup. Strong communication in English (Spanish a plus), and 2-3 years of sales experience in a diverse retail environment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally; driving and navigation skills preferred.
