Salesperson

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries; achieve personal sales goals and help store meet overall sales objectives; perform DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs, and basic parts knowledge; maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, and safety compliance; responsibilities include store cleanliness, general stocking, and safe delivery of parts; requires basic automotive system knowledge, ability to use inventory and POS systems, and effective communication to customers and teammates; 2-3 years of sales experience in a retail environment preferred; must be able to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends; English required with Spanish a plus; physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 100 pounds and operating in a retail environment.
