Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role focused on DIY automotive parts and services; responsibilities include selling to DIY customers, achieving sales goals, providing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining store inventory and cleanliness, handling inventory processes (truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock), and safely delivering parts when needed. Requires basic automotive system knowledge, ability to source parts from stores/hubs, familiarity with inventory systems, and strong customer communication in English (Spanish a plus); comfortable with a flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends. Fleet safety certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; communicate effectively and build relationships
- Experience with inventory processes and POS/parts lookup systems
