Job Summary
Salesperson responsible for delivering excellent DIY customer service, supporting battery and wiper installations, and maintaining inventory and store operations. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, ability to source parts from stores/hubs and external suppliers, and proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems. Secondary duties include store cleanliness, stocking, and delivering parts to customers. Success factors include effective communication, basic math, and reliability for varied shifts including evenings and weekends. 2-3 years of sales experience in a diverse retail environment is preferred. Fluency in English; Spanish a plus. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
