Salesperson

Salesperson role focusing on DIY customer support with battery installation and related services. Responsibilities include achieving personal sales goals, delivering DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining store inventory/operational standards, handling inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), and providing excellent customer experiences via in-store visits and phone calls. Skills needed include knowledge of store systems and automotive parts, basic driving/navigation, effective English communication (Spanish a plus), ability to work varied shifts, and proficiency with inventory and POS/parts lookup systems. Prior 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment is preferred. Must be able to drive and safely deliver parts as needed; requires ability to read safety rules and manuals and to perform basic math. The role is part-time with a compensation range of $15.00 to $16.13 per hour, and includes benefits; Equal Opportunity Employer.
