Salesperson

Salesperson responsible for delivering excellent DIY customer sales experiences via in-store visits and phone calls; achieve personal and store sales goals; perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs; manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock; maintain store cleanliness and general stocking; prioritize safety, ability to use delivery boards and inventory systems, and effective communication with customers and teammates; 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment preferred; ability to work a schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; English required with Spanish a plus. Essential skills include parts knowledge, basic math, and proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems.
