Job Summary
Salesperson in a DIY automotive parts retail role responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services (e.g., battery installation, testing, wiper installs). Requires knowledge of store systems, inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock), and safe handling of parts. Responsibilities include stocking and inventory management, maintaining store standards, delivering parts to customers, and using the delivery board system. Essential skills include English (Spanish a plus), effective communication, basic math, and ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends. 2-3 years of retail sales experience recommended, with basic automotive system and parts knowledge.

- Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers
- Able to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
